Arm Row (with band)
Step 1
To get into position, secure the middle of the band under your left foot, grasping an end of the band in each hand. Step back with your right foot so that your feet are about 2 1/2 feet apart. Shift your body weight to your left foot.
Step 2
Raise your elbows toward the ceiling as you exhale, squeezing your shoulder blades together, and lower as you inhale.
