Give it a Try!
Get on all fours with your hands on the mat under your shoulders and knees under your hips. Exhale and extend your left arm as you simultaneously extend your right leg. Inhale and return your left arm and right leg to the starting position. Then extend your right arm and left leg. Continue alternating until fatigue.

Tip: As you extend your arm and leg, make sure that your tummy is tight and back is long and flat. Don't let those hips drop! Also, press through your fingers and toes as you extend your arm and leg to lengthen your back muscles as you strengthen them.
