Biceps Curl (with weights)
Step 1
Stand with your feet together. Your abs should be tight, back straight, and knees slightly bent. With an underhand grip, hold the dumbbells in front of your thighs.
Step 2
Exhale as you slowly bend your elbows and lift the dumbbells toward your upper arms and shoulders. Hold momentarily and then lower the weights to the starting position. Be sure to keep your elbows close to your body throughout the movement.
