Boxing Chest Press (with band)
Step 1
Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart and with a slight bend in your knees. Secure the band behind your midback and grasp the ends of the band in your hands. Wrap excess band around your hands until the band is slightly taut when your elbows are bent and hands are held at the waist.
Step 2
Keeping your abs engaged, extend your right arm forward in a punching action by rotating your arm so that the palm faces down with knuckles forward. Return to the starting position and repeat with the left arm.
