Butt Taps
Step 1
Stand with your feet hip width apart. Your back should be straight, abs tight; your arms reach forward at chest level.
Step 2
Bend your knees and slowly lower yourself until your butt taps the chair. Be careful not to bounce! As soon as you tap the chair, straighten your legs and return to the starting position.
