Double Arm Rear Fly: Upper Back Firmer (with weights)
Step 1
Sit on the edge of a chair with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, with your palms facing each other. Bend forward from the waist about 45 degrees. Extend your arms toward the floor.
Step 2
Exhale and bring your arms out to the sides, leading with your pinkies and squeezing your shoulder blades together. Lift until your arms are parallel to the floor. Inhale as you lower the dumbbells.
