Hip Circles (with ball)
Step 1
Lie with your left side on the ball and your left knee on the floor. Reach your left hand toward the floor or press it into the ball for support. Lift and extend your right leg until it's even with your torso, as shown.
Step 2
Circle your right leg slowly, with control, exhaling as your leg comes forward and inhaling as it circles back and up. Keep your abdomen firm and your torso steady as you do so. Switch sides.
