Step 1
Secure the band under your feet and stand with your feet under your hips. Grasp the ends of the band in your hands, and position your hands at your sides.
Step 2
Exhale as you lift your right leg out to the side as high as you can. Inhale as you return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side.
