Lateral Raise (with band)
Step 1
Secure the band under both feet, grasping an end of the band in each hand. Begin with your arms at your sides.
Step 2
Exhale and lift your arms out to the sides, stopping at shoulder level and keeping a slight bend in the elbows. Keep your abs tight and your neck long. Inhale and lower your arms to the starting position.
