Low Hover Plank
Step 1
Get on all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders and your legs extended behind you in a full plank, as shown.
Step 2
Slowly bend your elbows and lower your torso toward the floor, keeping your arms as tight to your sides as possible. Keep breathing as you hold this position, your navel pulled in and your neck long. Relax your shoulders. Hold for 30 seconds.
