Overhead Press (with weights)
Step 1
Stand with your feet together, abs tight, back straight, and knees slightly bent. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, with your elbows bent and your wrists above your elbows, palms facing forward — so that you form the shape of a goalpost.
Step 2
Exhale as you press the dumbbells over your head, keeping space beside your ears. Lower your elbows to shoulder height.
