Step 1
Lie on your back on the mat with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Hold one dumbbell in both hands, with your arms extended straight above your chest, palms facing inward.
Step 2
Keeping your abs tight and your arms straight, slowly lower the dumbbell overhead. Exhale and bring the weight back up over your chest.
