Torso Toner: Rotation (with ball)
This exercise is a sure-fire way to slim your stomach and help you get rid of that ab flab!
Step 1
Lie with your upper back, shoulders, and head on the ball. Your knees should be bent at a 90-degree angle, and your feet are flat on the floor, hip width apart or wider. Extend your arms in front of your chest, as shown, pressing your palms together.
Step 2
Exhale as you bring your arms to the left and lift your right shoulder off the ball, as if you were swinging a bat. Inhale as you return to the starting position. Exhale as you "swing your bat" to the right.
