Triceps Kickback with Rear Leg Lift

A. Stand on the middle of your step with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing each other and your feet aligned under your hips. Bend your elbows slightly, bringing the dumbbells just in front of your hips.
B. Inhale and take a large step back with your right leg and plant the ball of your right foot firmly on the floor. Simultaneously, bend your elbows, raising the dumbbells to chest level.
C. Exhale and press through your left foot as your straighten your left leg and lift your extended right leg behind your torso. As you do so, kick back the dumbbells up past your thighs and behind your torso, as shown.
Inhale as your lower your arms and right leg and return to the starting position. Repeat with your left leg, then continue to alternate right and left leg for 15 repetitions on each leg.
Benefits: Firms the back of your upper arms, Firms and lifts your buns.
Tip: Lift your leg as high as you can behind your torso, squeezing your buttocks as you do so. Remember, if you don't squeeze them, no one else will!
