My Big Break
Here I am in 1981 flexing my muscles with my favorite fitness legend, the late Jack LaLanne, when I was cohost of his long-running television fitness show, The Jack LaLanne Show. I'll never stop being thankful to him for giving me my big break. He'll always be one of my role models!

Still Looking Good
In 2007, my dear friend Jack LaLanne received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the President's Council on Fitness and Sports — and I was thrilled to be the one to introduce him onstage. He was 93 when this pic was snapped! I miss him all the time.

Color Me Happy!
Receiving an award at the 5th Annual Woman's Day Red Dress Awards in New York City was one of the biggest honors of my life. I was so proud to be one of four women chosen that day for my contributions to the fight against heart disease!
