Inner Thigh Squeeze

Step 1
Lie on your back on the floor with your legs extended and your arms at your sides, palms facing down. Inhale and grasp the ball between your calves. Exhale and lift the ball off the floor.

Step 2
Squeeze the ball between your legs as hard as you can, pulsing so that you alternate between squeezing and releasing.
