Step 1
Stand with your feet together. Your abs should be tight, back straight, and knees slightly bent. With an underhand grip, lift your arms out to your sides, holding the dumbbells at shoulder level.

Step 2
Keeping your upper arms level, slowly bend your elbows and bring dumbbells toward your ears. Hold momentarily and return your hands to the starting position.
