In celebration of American Heart Month, Denise has joined
the Idaho Potato Commission (IPC) and the popular Mr. Food Test Kitchen to help
launch the Heart Smart Recipe Contest. Submit your favorite quick and
easy Idaho Potato recipe that not only tastes great but is healthy too!
The two-tiered contest kicked off February 1 on mrfood.com and will run through February 17. Ten finalists will be selected by a panel of judges and beginning February 22, foodies across the country will have a chance to select the Grand Prize Winner on mr.food.com.
