Be active regularly and you'll become a Fit Kid in no time! It's fun and good for you! So what does it take? Just 60 minutes of physical activity for 5 days a week. It's easy to do, just find fun exercises that are right for you and get fit! There's no shortage of physical activities out there, so don't give up before you even start! Keep it up for 6 weeks and you can give yourself a huge pat on the back, and print out my official Fit Kid Certificate! To make it easier, here are some great get fit ideas!
