Q.5: I am having a problem sticking to my exercise routine. I will do great for two weeks, and then suddenly I seem to find reasons to quit. I get so angry at myself. Any advice on how I can stay focused?
A: Treat your exercise routine no differently than an important appointment that you have to keep.
