
Body Blast
My Daily Routines all take 20 minutes to complete. But I know some days you simply won't have 20 minutes. That's why I've included this fallback plan that combines cardio with toning, helping you to rev up your metabolism and tone your trouble spots from head to toe, even on those frenzied days.
You can use the Body Blast exercises in addition to your regular workout, or if you know you won't have time for your regular routine you can replace it with a 10-minute Body Blast. Just remember, replacing your routine is your backup plan! To truly shrink your fat zones, you need longer, more-targeted workouts, daily stretching, and regular walking.
