Dom’s Journey to Better Health!

Hi Everyone and Happy Wellness Wednesday!  I received the nicest letter from a new member and wanted to share with all of you.  This is the reason I do what I do, and it inspires and makes me so happy to hear your stories.  Dom recently joined my 10 Week Plan and wrote me two weeks into her journey.
Hi Denise!  I just wanted to take a quick moment and tell you how thankful I am that you created this plan.  I’ve tried so many different things, gym, workout classes, and other workout DVDs and nothing really stuck with me.  I realized that I needed a ‘total package’ in order for me to see things through.  I grew up watching my Mom workout to you and was so excited to see that you are still at it- providing everything I need to be successful!  It’s been a really great 2 weeks so far, and I already feel such a difference!  I have way more energy and am down 6lbs!  I can feel it in my waist.  It’s awesome to have the eating plan because I don’t question what I’m eating that day (my problem with just going to the gym).  I’m excited to see what the next 8 weeks will bring, but I’m confident I’ll see the results I’m looking for!  Thank you so much!

I am technically struggling to rejoin. I know it is supposed to be 50% off. but I don’t see a way to do it online. Please advise. Also, I bought the DVDs and first one was scratched 🙁

I also have just started your 10 week plan. I enjoy having the routine worked out for me.. Workouts and food ideas. I tried a plan with a friend which did not fit my lifestyle. As a caregiver I have gradually neglected myself for 15 years. Now over 60 I am shocked to find how out of shape I am.
I used to do your tv and video routines before my husband became disabled. I was strong and fit. Walked the beach most mornings before work for 2 miles.
Now, I am on my third day of your plan and actually remember the feeling of strength that is hinting at a comeback. Thank you for preparing such a variety of moves that work the whole body. I am struggling to do some of the moves but the music helps me to keep moving even at less intensity until I can “regroup” my muscles into submission. However, it does make me laugh a little when I think of how inefficient my moves have become. Gotta laugh until I can get stronger.
Thank you for your strong motivation and brilliant choreography. The meal plan gives me good suggestions and makes it easy to choose wisely.
