#FallFitnessFreebies (Week 7): Total Body Bootcamp

Good morning and happy Saturday everyone!  Welcome to Week 7 of my #FallFitnessFreebies series.  Today we will be doing my Total Body Bootcamp!  Let’s jumpstart the weekend with my HIIT workout…it’s interval training time!  We will be combining cardio with target toning to firm up our muscles and blast that fat!  HIIT workouts are a great way to burn calories and boost your metabolism.

So glad to join Denise 10 week program it looks like a lot of fun and I am determined to lose the 20 lbs I gained




Any chance that the fall fitness videos can be part of the all access Denise? I like combining them for a 30, 40, 50 minute workout…when I do it that way, I tend to exercise for a longer period of time. PLEASE!!!!!
