Hi Everyone!  Happy Friday!  Wherever I go lately, I’ve heard too many women comparing themselves to one another.  I think it has a lot to do with social media.  But let’s not do that.  It’s not good for you or anyone else around you.  Remember, you’re one of a kind!  You are YOU-niquely you!  No one in the world is exactly like you.  THAT is your strength!  Use it to your advantage and live HAPPY.

It’s important to keep this in mind whenever you start feeling bad about yourself or comparing yourself to others.  Instead of thinking negative, be positive and have more faith in yourself and the path YOU are on.

You have your own healthy ­weight range, based on your height and metabolic rate, which determines how quickly your body burns calories.  Plus, different body types respond to exercise in different ways.  The last thing you should be doing is comparing yourself with others or obsessing about the number on the scale.

Focus on achieving your weight loss goals on your own timeline. DO what’s right for you and relish each and every  accomplishment!  You GOT this!  I can help each one of you every step of the way with my 10 Week Plan because I designed it for everyBODY!  Be the original YOU because everyone else is taken.

Thank you, Denise. I signed up for your 10 week 360 plan in May and then did another 10 weeks. You inspired me to lose 30 pounds and I feel so much better. I am continuing to use your workouts etc on the monthly all access plan, and that is helping to keep that weight from coming back. I still count my calories, weigh myself every day and average 45 minutes of exercise daily. I have so much more energy. I can’t thank you enough for being so inspiring. When people say that I look great, I always give you the credit. By the way, I am 62 years old but I feel 20 years younger!

Hey Denise, I just found your site. I had gone away from you for a while, I did hip hop abs for the last 5 years. But I am regretting that now. My shoulder is out of place, my hips are out of place and I finally realized that it may be due to hip hop abs. Shawn T doesn’t have you stretch out much at all. So I’m back! I have been doing your workouts ever since I graduated from high school 24 years ago. I got my dad doing your workouts at the same time. He is 70 years old and can still fit in his uniform from the Air Force that he wore when he was in his early twenties. He has never really gone away from you and has been exercising with you every morning for about 24 years. I am a lot like you, very positive and somewhat cheesy. I was so excited to see that you are now online! I was also very excited to see that your daughter is doing the same thing now. I always wondered what happened to your daughters. I feel like I’ve known you for years! Thank you for all that you do! You’re wonderful!!!

Wow, lose30pounds is so inspiring! I did the 10 week 360 plan and lost 12 pounds and felt and looked fantastic! Then I stopped a few months ago for whatever reasons and gradually put it all back. I started the plan again yesterday and I’m glad to hear from someone who CONTINUED it as I wish I had. Thank you for the inspiration! :-) BTW I’m 52 years old and should have no excuses!
