Let’s make sure we are doing this right! Good form and technique is so important. To really see results, be sure to keep your knee and wrist in a straight line. I encourage you to push yourself to really lift the leg higher and just to take your time. In this case, slower is better! And don’t forget to zip up those abs!
One of the best benefits of this particular body position to target the outer thighs is it also zeros in on the sides of the waistline too… Double the workout in half the time!!!!
