Fresh Start Tip #MondayAtATime!

Hi Everyone! Today is a new week, which means it’s a GREAT time to get a FRESH START on a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE! You got this. You can take control right now. It’s all about having the right mindset. This is why I’m creating this new series called #MondayAtATime to help motivate you each week to get started and keep it going with all of your health goals! Each week I will provide one tip for you all to focus on. Are you ready for week 1? Yes! Ok!

TIP #1: Pick a time of day that you’re going to exercise and stick with it. This way it becomes part of your schedule and makes you feel more committed. It’s like an oath to yourself that you won’t want to break. Without some planning, your day can easily get ahead of you, and we don’t want that to happen. Plan accordingly to what you have going on. If you know you have something going on at your regular workout time, then put it in writing that you changed your workout to a later or earlier time. This helps with accountability. Do all of this, it will truly help you commit!

I know Mondays are hard to get going, and I understand that. This is why I’m here for you every week with a new tip. Let me know how it worked in your life! Looking forward to sharing more with you all each week.

I am starting my 8th week on this plan and have loved it. I’m in pretty decent shape but as I well know, this is part of life, every day and it keeps me healthy. So thank you for being a part of my life for the last 30 yrs. I wanted to make a suggestion. As a little bit of incentive for everyone that joins, have you ever entertained the idea of maybe having little contests, giveaways of books, DVD’s, etc.. Maybe a chance to meet and workout with you and it could be uploaded as part of this plan. I’m sure other’s would love to win a little something or whatever you and your team came up with for your everyone that has joined up. Just a suggestion. Thank you for always being the positive person you are. I know that I AM WORTH IT, that if I REST I WILL RUST and that I CAN DO IT!! Happy Monday!!
