Below is your 6 Minute Upper Body Workout – all you need is a set of light weights if you have them – you can also use cans of soup or forego weights if you are just starting out. And remember: do what you can, and make it a goal to build up to the six minutes, especially if you are getting back into a workout routine.
This workout will really help develop sexy, lean muscles in your arms, shoulders and upper back. It will help to firm up the sag that happens under the arms, create a strong, sexy back with no bra overhang, and help your posture, too! A beautiful upper body that you will want to proudly show off! You can do it!!
