Summer Slimmer Challenge: Blueberry Banana Smoothie

What a perfect way to start a Saturday – with a healthy, delicious Blueberry Banana Smoothie! This smoothie is so good for you, offering up antioxidants from the berries, potassium from the banana, protein and calcium from the yogurt, and vitamin C from the orange juice! This recipe is from my 10-Week Plan recipe section, and is one of my personal favorites.

I like to make this smoothie as a post workout treat, so once you finish today’s Summer Slimmer Challenge workout – my Ultimate Fat Burning Cardio Workout !!!! You’ve got this one!!! – this is a great way to give back to your body!

It’s simple to make, all you need is:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries or strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 4 fluid ounces orange juice (fresh squeezed if possible)

Then simply combine all ingredients in blender, pour into a glass and enjoy!! See how to make it in the video below!

Hi everyone. Today I’m making you my favorite blueberry banana smoothie. It’s so delicious and you only need a few things. A banana, frozen blueberries, a little bit of plain or Vanilla yogurt and some orange juice. All you have to do is put all into a blender and mix it. Nice orange juice to blend it all together.

Yeah, there you have it – a beautiful Blueberry Banana Smoothie. Great for breakfast. A great pick me up in the afternoon and it tastes so good. Cheers!
