Hi Everyone! We get an extra day today! This happens every 4 years so make sure you put your extra day to use. I enjoy taking this day as a time for reflection and adventure. It keeps me inspired and grounded.
Later today, I will be discovering a new hiking trail with one of my girlfriends! It’s one of my favorite things to do. Nature truly builds the best obstacle courses and is perfect for a fun adventure with your workout buddy.
Today can also be used as a “Fresh New Start” day. Set new goals to strive for and plan accordingly. Tomorrow is March 1st and we are getting ready to Spring into a new season! It’s the perfect time to prep that summer body with my 10 Week Plan. You will be well on your way before May! We will build strength, relax your muscles and BOOST your metabolism! I will be with you every step of the way with workouts every single day, a nutrition guide, AND motivation. Let’s do this together!
