The Monthly All Access plan allows you to go at your own pace and choose YOUR own recipes, YOUR own workouts—each and every day. This program is great on it's own, or, we recommend using the Monthly All Access Plan after completing at least one 10-week Plan. You can easily follow all of the guidelines you learn during your 10 Weeks with Denise and continue on your healthy lifestyle journey.
