Green Bean Casserole:

Thanksgiving is almost here, and this is one of my FAVORITE holiday side dishes! It’s a classic for sure, and one that so many people include at their holiday table. The good news is that this traditionally not-so-healthy side can so easily be tweaked to be a little more healthy – and no one will even know!! Instead of using canned soups, which can have a lot of unhealthy fat and lots of sodium, too, I use fresh, whole ingredients. Better for you and your family! But while it is still healthier, don’t think you will miss the traditional taste – it includes all the things that will make your mouth water: garlic, cheese, onion, more cheese… you get the picture! Give it a try this holiday, and for more healthy delicious recipes like this, start your 7-day FREE TRIAL of my Plan!
