Sun Salutations!

Hi Everyone!

I love doing my sun salutations! 12 moves for a complete flow from head to toe…such a wonderful sequence! This is great to do during sunrise and helps improve your circulation. It is also great for helping trim any extra belly fat by activating your thyroid glands! Give it a try and let me know what you all think.
