Today’s TBT video is all about the ABS. This episode was filmed on St. John in the US Virgin Islands. I filmed my TV Shows all over the USVI and they were all so beautiful. St. John’s is one of my favorite places in the world. The water was so clear, the food was delicious and the people were so warm and welcoming.
Your abs…your core is the center of your entire body, and I try and do 3 minutes of abs every day. Whether it’s crunches or planking or pilates, they all zero in and target your core. Targeting your core will keep your back healthy and your ABS FLAT!
When doing these types of exercises for your abs, be sure to pull in your tummy, engage and tighten your abs and BREATHE! Mixing up your abdominal exercises tones different parts of your core. It’s important to include abdominal strengthening exercises to your overall workout schedule in addition to fat blasting cardio, toning and revving up your metabolism with interval training. So tighten your tummy! The more you pull in your abs, the better they stay flat naturally.
