Here’s a tip on firming and toning for the lower body from my Daily Workout TV show. It’s great for your REAR VIEW and what better time to work on shaping up your booty than right NOW!
This is one of my favorite exercises for shaping your butt and thighs! Get on all fours and with your back straight and your abs tight, then you’re going to straighten that leg with your toe pointed and strong, lifting it up and touching your toe back down on the floor and then repeat on both sides.
To avoid injury, be sure to squeeze your butt and tighten up your abs while doing this exercise and that will protect your lower back. Try not to arch your back, just keep it long and straight and beautiful, this exercise is ALL in the butt and thighs. If you do have a back injury, be sure to watch the video for a modification so that you can target tone up your butt and backs of your thighs while still staying safe.
