Happy Saturday Everyone!!  Nothing makes me feel so good inside knowing I am helping people feel better about themselves. It gives me so much joy! I want to share this wonderful letter I received from Julie.  I get so many emails like this one, and it makes everything I do worth it! Hi Denise,
I followed your program on Lifetime for years and was so sad when it ended. I joined gyms and did weight training and water aerobics, but nothing was as good or as intense for me as your program. I am now in week 4 of the program and am noticing a difference. Thank you.
The first week I joined, there was an article on working up a sweat, but it would not load. Now I can’t seem to even find it. Can you help me find it please? Thanks for your superb guidance!
