Belly Fat Goodbye
I love this 10-Day Challenge! Planks are my favorite way to zip up those abs naturally with no equipment needed! All you need is your own body. Each one of these moves tweaks it just a bit, to target tone different areas of your torso. It’s these small tweaks that really make a difference. And I’m true believer in mixing it up to always surprise those muscles and you’ll see those results!
Today’s variation is the Low Hover Plank with Knee Kisses! Get into a plank position, balancing on your forearms and toes, keep your abs pulled in and your head in line with your spine so your body forms one long line. Alternate keeping one leg straight and bending the opposite knee to slightly touch–or kiss–the floor.
Try and keep this going for 1 minute.
This one target tones the LOWER ab muscles. The focus of this exercise is on your transverse abdominus, which holds your abs in and tight—no droop or sag!
People are always telling me how they love one particular workout DVD of mine and have done the same one for years. That’s great–it makes me feel SO good. I’m so excited to share with you my new workouts, as well. People are really seeing results. Our 640 muscles of the body need variety so I love all my new ways to stay shape, too! Mixing it up by doing a variety of different exercises, such as we do in my LifeFit 360: 10-Week Whole Body Plan, always has the greatest effect because you’re keeping your muscles guessing a bit and targeting different parts of the body. It’s very important also to include both cardiovascular exercise along with toning so that you’re firming up your muscle while also burning fat and calories and keeping your heart healthy. Want to make it easy on yourself? Start your 7-day FREE trial of my LifeFit 360 Plan today! It tells you exactly what to do each day and I also teach you how to eat well for an overall healthy lifestyle! My all new workouts include barre toning, new dance workouts, all new cardio, yoga and Beachy Bootcamp, just to name a few. You are going to love it!
