Workout In Half The Time
Summer is coming and it’s time to take it up a notch! We are all looking to squeeze fitness into our busy lives. You can fit in at least 30 minutes almost every day. You just have to be dedicated and commit to it – just do it with me right in your own home! I’m a big believer in working out for 30 minutes a day. That’s what I personally do and have for 30 years. It’s so worth it – consistency does pay off. But making your 30 minutes as efficient as possible is also important. Effective and efficient workouts are the key!

I designed this workout system because you are doing 3 minutes of cardio to burn fat, 2 minutes of toning to firm up your muscles, and then 1 minute of abs to flatten your belly. You’re getting it all in one workout – I keep you moving with that formula for 30 straight minutes, doubling your workout in half the time! This workout just flies by, it’s SO much fun!
