Hi Everyone!

I LOOOOOVE May!  It’s such a great month.  We get to CELEBRATE fitness, and the most important…MOTHERS!  In honor of Mother’s Day coming this Sunday, I motivate all of you to get your mothers moving with you this week and if you are a Mom, get up and do something active with your kids!  And I’ll make it easy for you all by giving you my 10-minute Mother/Daughter Workout from my 10 Week Plan for FREE!

I love being a Mom more than anything in the whole wide world.  I miss my Mom so much and one of the best ways I try to honor her is by being a great Mom…like she was to all 5 of us kids.  There’s no greater joy!
