Hi, I’m Denise Austin, and welcome to your Tension Tamers. Today our tension tamer will relax our shoulders. Did you know how much shoulders hold tension? Get tight necks? So here’s a great stretch you could do to relax the shoulders. First of all, sitting up nice and tall helps, bring this arm in front and open up your back. Open up your shoulder blade. A lot of tension begins in between your shoulder blades. This is stretching right through it and hold each stretch for about 10 seconds and deeply breathe. Inhale through the nose and exhale out the mouth. That’s it. Stretching is such a great way to reduce any tension that’s built up, especially in the shoulder blades. That’s it. So next time you feel a little stress, do this great stretch.
