Resistance Bands To Shape Your Body-
Flashback to one of my absolute favorite exercises that will help you achieve a slim waistline and even work on your posture while only using a resistance band! No gym membership necessary! I use this resistance band exercise which targets the Latissimus dorsi muscle aka the “Lats” for a Slim and Trim upper waistline! If you don’t have a band you can also try this exercise with light weights.For my resistance bands go to Rite Aid and check out my ForeverFit line. I take them on the road with me too because they are soooo light and can even fit in your small purse.
