Hi Everyone, it’s Denise Austin! Today’s Fidget-ciser is to firm up the back of our arms, a tricep dip. So next time you’re watching your favorite TV show, do a couch tricep dip. Lean a little away from your couch, bend your elbows and push back up. Now you’re target toning the back of those arms, a great way to firm up while you’re doing something else. That’s the whole goal on Fidget-ciser, turn some idle time into toning time! Burn a few extra calories, firm up muscles. It’s the best way. There’s a lot you could do to help firm up those muscles.
