Hi Everyone, it’s Denise Austin! Today’s Fidget-ciser is to firm up the back of our arms, a tricep dip. So next time you’re watching your favorite TV show, do a couch tricep dip. Lean a little away from your couch, bend your elbows and push back up. Now you’re target toning the back of those arms, a great way to firm up while you’re doing something else. That’s the whole goal on Fidget-ciser, turn some idle time into toning time! Burn a few extra calories, firm up muscles. It’s the best way. There’s a lot you could do to help firm up those muscles. And here’s one of the best ways for the back of the arms to really shape and sculpt and tone. Two more. You could do this while watching your favorite TV show, too. So there you have it, a great Fidget-ciser.
