Hi Everyone! We're already about mid way through September - can you believe it?! It will be the holiday season in the blink of an eye. I love to entertain, especially during the holidays, and often get asked what is an easy and healthy meal to cook for guests. My go-to meal to impress is super simple, only 6 ingredients in the main dish! You will have everyone coming back for seconds! Glazed Salmon4 Tbsp. soy sauce3 Tbsp. honey3 Tbsp. orange juice3 tsp. garlic, minced1 tsp. ginger, minced4 (6 oz.) wild salmon fillets
- Combine the soy sauce, honey and orange juice in a medium bowl or 1-gallon resealable plastic bag. Add the salmon fillets and coat well in the marinade. Marinate for 30 minutes, up to several hours, in the refrigerator.
- Heat a grill or indoor grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat the grill with oil spray.
- Grill the salmon 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until opaque throughout. Serve 1 salmon fillet with your favorite roasted veggie and a green salad drizzled with 1 Tbsp. of your favorite dressing.
