• We no longer offer a free membership tier — all subscriptions are now Premium. With the annual plan, you are charged upfront and have 30 days to cancel for a full refund. After the 30-day period, you may still cancel, but refunds are not available. You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your billing term. When will I be charged for my Denise Austin Membership?
• For monthly memberships, your credit card is charged immediately when you sign up. Monthly memberships are non-refundable. For annual memberships, your credit card is also charged immediately upon enrollment. You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account, selecting My Account, scrolling to Manage Membership, and choosing Cancel.
If you cancel an annual plan within 30 days of purchase, you’ll receive a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are not available, but you will continue to have access to your membership until the end of your billing period. Your subscription will continue to auto-renew until it is cancelled. If you signed up prior to 2021, cancellation must be handled by our support team. How do I upgrade my plan from a monthly to an annual subscription?
• To upgrade your plan, follow these steps:
- Log into your account and go to your "My Account" page.
- Scroll down to the "Manage Membership" tab and click it.
- Click on the "Cancel Subscription" tab to cancel your current plan.
- You'll need to wait until your current subscription expires before upgrading. Your expiration date will be the last day of the subscription you just canceled.
- Don't worry, you'll still have access to your subscription until it expires.
- Once your current plan expires, log in again using the same credentials.
- Go to the "My Account" tab, then click "Manage Membership."
- You'll be directed to the "Upgrade Options" page where you can select your new annual plan and submit your payment.

How do I cancel my Denise Austin Membership?
Sign Up Before Sept 24, 2021:
• If you signed up before Sept 24, 2021, you must contact Customer Support to cancel your subscription or Call Us: 833-209-8800. Your subscription will continue to auto-renew until it is cancelled.
Sign Up Through Website After Sept 24, 2021:
• If you signed up through the website after Sept 24, 2021, please log in to your account through a website browser (ie: Safari or Google Chrome). Then click on "My Account". From there, you'll scroll down to "Manage Membership". From there, you'll be able to "Cancel Subscription". You can not cancel your subscription through the phone App if you signed up and made your payment through the website.
Your subscription will continue to auto-renew until it is cancelled.
Sign Up Through Your Apple App (iPhone):

What happens if I accidentally paid twice?
• If you accidentally made a duplicate payment, please email us at [email protected]. Once we verify the payment, we will refund the duplicate amount in full. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

• No, payments can only be made online through our secure sign-up process.

- Web: You can stream workouts in full-screen mode directly from the website on your desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device.
- App: You can download the free Denise Austin App on your iPhone or Android device and enjoy workouts anytime. Please see our App FAQ Page for more info.
- TV: For smart TVs, simply use the website via your browser in full-screen mode. Please see our TV FAQ Page for more info.
