Deadlifts For A Fabulous Summer Booty

Hi Everyone! Your booty is that last thing that leaves the room, so leaving a good impression is important - and one way to get firm and lose the flab is through doing a series of deadlifts! This is one of my favorite moves for reshaping and transforming your booty - you can do it anywhere, and the deadlift works your whole body including your legs, back and arms. Deadlifting with good form also helps to strengthen your lower back, which will protect you from injury when you're lifting things in daily life. 4 simple steps to doing deadlifts
- First you're going to hold a dumbbell in each hand with your arms down in front of your body. Stand nice and tall with your feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent.
- Then, keeping your abs strong and your back straight the whole time, slowly bend forward at your hips to lower the weights toward the floor with your hands directly under your shoulders.
- Finally return to the standing position, squeezing your buttocks and thighs as you stand up. It's this squeeze that really helps lift and shape this area.
- Repeat this movement for 1 minute. And if you are looking for an extra challenge, as you bring your body weight down in front of you and reach toward the floor, extend one leg straight off the ground behind you. Alternate which leg you lift each time.
