Fresh Fall Looks to Help You Feel Your Best!

I love those days when I feel like I am looking my best - and I realize that a lot of those great days for me happen when I am wearing an outfit that gives me confidence and comfort! As we transition from Summer to Fall, I like to do the following so I look great and feel great too!
- Swap in darker colors for brighter, lighter ones. Greys, browns and dark reds are a perfect complement to the cooler weather of fall - and they are slimming as well. I replace my white jeans with darker denim, and add these colors into my tops.
- Try new textures. Corduroy, wool and heavier cotton feel so cozy when the weather is cooler. Plus it's fun to mix up different textures, like a cotton tee with a corduroy skirt, or wool shorts with a tank top. Mixing and matching is always in style!
- Tuck in my shirt. Tucking your shirt in is a great way to show off your figure and show off any detailing of your pants! Especially with the loose-pant trend happening now, a tucked in shirt gives a more polished look.
- Try a dramatic neckline. I love a shirt or dress with a dramatic neckline - it's a great way to draw attention to your beautiful, smiling face!!
And don't forget accessories - little touches like gold earrings instead of silver, or a larger leather purse versus a straw bag for summer can change an entire outfit to transition with the seasons!
