I hope you're enjoying my newest bookazine!! Fit Over 50: New Year, Amazing New You has some great new workouts, and I wanted to share another fun one here! A throwback workout from my TV Show days. These workouts may be oldies, but they're still goodies!!
My number one tip for you this new year is to prioritize movement! Get it in any way you can, whether it's taking your dog for a 10-minute walk every morning, doing squats and countertop pushups whenever you are in the kitchen or starting a new fitness routine, it doesn't matter!
I hope this tip helps you have your best year yet!
