Ingredients

2 slices gluten free bread
1/2 ripe avocado
1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
Black pepper (to taste)
1/2 cup blueberries (or any preferred fruit)

Instructions

1. Toast the bread.
2. Slice or mash the avocado and spread over the toast.
3. Top with egg slices and sprinkle with black pepper.
4. Serve the blueberries on the side.
