Ingredients

2 slices gluten free bread
1/4 cup salsa
4 oz. sliced gluten free turkey breast
2 slices reduced-fat cheese
4 thin slices avocado
2 cups baby carrots
6 Tbsp. White Bean Hummus (or storebought hummus)

Instructions

1. Toast the bread.
2. Top each slice with 2 Tbsp. salsa, 2 oz. turkey, 1 slice cheese, and 2 slices avocado.
3. Serve each open-faced sandwich with 1 cup baby carrots and 3 Tbsp. White Bean Hummus.
