Ingredients

6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
8 oz. grilled skinless chicken breast, sliced
1/4 cup toasted walnuts
1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. salt

Instructions

1. Divide the lettuce, chicken, and walnuts evenly between 2 plates.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, parmesan, pepper, and salt. Drizzle half the dressing over each salad.
