Avocado and Egg Toast

Toasted whole grain bread is topped with fresh, ripe avocado and sliced hard-boiled egg then sprinkled with salt and pepper and paired with a serving of your favorite fresh fruit.

Black Bean Burrito Bowl

Black beans and brown rice are topped with ripe avocado and a delicious fresh mango salsa for a sweet and tangy meal.

Bold Beet and Lentil Salad

Fresh arugula, lentils and sliced beets are combined with fresh herbs and rich toasted walnuts and creamy goat cheese for a sweet, flavorful and hearty meal. This is perfect for guests, too - a Denise Austin exclusive recipe!

These stuffed peppers were absolutely delicious! The texture and flavors of all the ingredients blended so well. This is my favorite dinner so far!
